Terms of Service
Last updated: [TODO: effective date]
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the LOONI AI receptionist platform. Please read them carefully.
By creating an account or using LOONI, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using LOONI, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have the authority to bind your business to these Terms, and agree to comply with them.
If you are using LOONI on behalf of a company or organisation, "you" refers to that entity.
2. The Service
LOONI is an AI receptionist platform that helps small businesses manage inbound customer communications. LOONI answers customer inquiries via phone (voice), WhatsApp, SMS, email, and web chat, and can book appointments on your behalf.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time, with reasonable notice where possible.
3. Accounts & Eligibility
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
LOONI is intended for use by businesses and professionals. The service is not designed for personal, family, or household use.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are being used fraudulently.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use LOONI to: send spam or unsolicited commercial messages; violate any applicable law or regulation; infringe the intellectual property rights of others; transmit harmful, abusive, harassing, or fraudulent content; or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform or its systems.
We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these guidelines without prior notice.
5. Customer Data & Consent Responsibility
You are solely responsible for obtaining the necessary consents from your own customers to be contacted by LOONI on your behalf via phone, SMS, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.
You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations governing electronic communications and messaging, including but not limited to the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and any other applicable telecommunications or marketing laws in your jurisdiction.
We provide the platform; you are responsible for ensuring your use of the messaging features is lawful and that your customers have provided appropriate consent to receive communications through LOONI.
6. Fees & Billing
LOONI offers both free and paid subscription plans. Details of current pricing are available on our pricing page. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable advance notice.
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You authorise us to charge your payment method on file for all applicable fees.

7. SMS / Messaging Program Terms

Message frequency varies depending on your interactions with the business. You may receive recurring messages such as appointment confirmations and reminders.
Message and data rates may apply. Standard carrier rates apply to all SMS messages sent through or received from LOONI.
To opt out of SMS messages, reply STOP to any message at any time. To get assistance, reply HELP. For additional support, contact the business directly or reach LOONI support at [TODO: contact email].
